Flechas de los Andes, born from the collaboration between Baron Benjamin de Rothschild and Laurent Dassault, is the result of their quest for a remarkable terroir at the base of the Andes in Mendoza. Handpicked and meticulously selected, each harvest undergoes fermentation with stringent quality standards using state-of-the-art equipment. The name "Flechas de los Andes" pays homage to the Rothschild family with its five arrows, symbolizing the dynasty's five founders. Situated 120 km south of Mendoza, the Gran Malbec, a wine of elevated caliber, embodies the shared vision of the Rothschild and Dassault families in producing an exceptional Argentinian Malbec. This bold Malbec presents a robust profile with dark berries, hints of tar, and a touch of oak, delivering a smooth and silky wine with intense chocolatey black fruit and a delightful floral lift. Ideal pairings include rack of lamb or full-flavored chicken and veal.
