Le Petit Cheval Blanc 2021 is a vibrant and juicy Bordeaux white wine with notes of white pear, sage, mango, and citrus. A touch of fennel and aniseed bitterness contrasts with a dense mid-palate, lifted by salinity, spice, and hints of oyster shell, lime zest, and ginger. Silky and aromatic, it boasts pear, slate, mint, crushed rocks, lime, and white pepper, all framed by brisk acids and saline undertones. Comprised of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, this wine offers a long, lingering finish.
